Studio Contro is a loft style creative studio in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. What was once a sugar mill built in the 1920’s is now a full service production studio for creatives. Equipped with amenities, adaptable spaces and custom rental packages, we provide everything you need to execute your vision.

  • Availability can be viewed on the ‘BOOK THE STUDIO’ page by selecting one of the hourly time packages.

  • Our studio pricing is dependent on the length of time you need for your shoot. We offer 2 Hour, 4 Hour, ½ Day (up to 5 Hours), and Full Day (up to 10 Hours) Pricing.

    2 Hour - $325

    4 Hour - $600

    ½ Day (up to 5 Hours) - $675

    Full Day (up to 10 Hours) - $1,000

  • Email hello@contronyc.com and we can work together to book the time frame you need for your project.

  • We provide the studio space and gear package. You are responsible for bringing in a photographer for your project, however we can provide recommendations if needed.

  • Studio Contro’s normal hours are 7am - 8pm, Monday through Sunday. If you desire to use the studio outside of these hours, email hello@contronyc.com. We will do our best to accommodate.

  • Our old building does not have an elevator and the studio is accessible by stairs only. The studio is on the second floor.
